MSD Soon to be using "In Touch" Starting in August 2024
Beginning summer of 2024, the Medford School District will begin utilizing “InTouch” software for our student athletic registrations instead of Aktivate (formerly, Register My Athlete).
This new system is designed to work directly with “Synergy”, our MSD Student Information System. It will allow you to sign your student up for multiple sports, pay fees electronically (which are due by the first scheduled contest) and complete and submit all athletic paperwork and required signatures. As with any transition, please know that there will be a learning curve for families and staff and sometimes we experience minor issues when implementing a new program. We thank you for your patience in advance.

All student athletes are required to have a Pre-Sports Physical Exam completed prior to the start of the season. Physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the physical. Physical forms are available to print on this webpage. Please plan ahead - Sports Physical Appointments may be difficult to get at the beginning of the sports season! If your athlete had a current physical our old registration system, "Aktivate," the expiration date will roll over into our new system in the Fall.
All Athletes interested in participating in a sport at McLoughlin must register online even if they have a valid physical on file. Failure to register will result in the athlete not being allowed to participate. Registration website and more information coming the second week of August.
The participation fee for a sport is $50 each for the first two sports (Football is $75), after paying for two sports, additional sports are free. Fee cap if playing football and one other sport is $125. If playing two sports not including football the cap is $100.
